By creating an account or using ReelNexa AI you agree to these terms.

The service

ReelNexa generates short videos with AI and can publish them on a schedule to accounts you connect. AI output can contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing what is published (use Review before publish if you want to approve every video).

Your content and accounts

• You own the content you create. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
• You must have the right to publish to every channel or Page you connect, and you must follow the YouTube Terms of Service, the Facebook/Meta Terms and Community Standards.
• Do not use ReelNexa for spam, misleading, hateful, illegal or copyrighted content you have no rights to.

YouTube and Google

ReelNexa uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you create to the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke ReelNexa's access at any time from ReelNexa (YouTube → Disconnect) or from your Google Account permissions page.

Plans and limits

Each workspace can create a limited number of videos per day as shown in the dashboard. Paid plans and prices are shown on the pricing page; refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Availability

We try to keep ReelNexa running every day, but third-party services (Google, Meta, AI providers) can change or limit their APIs. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
