Data Deletion

You can delete your ReelNexa data at any time.

Delete everything yourself

Sign in to ReelNexa.
Open Settings → Delete my account.
Enter your password and confirm.

Your account, workspace, connected YouTube/Facebook tokens, API keys, plans and generated videos are permanently deleted immediately.

Only remove Facebook or YouTube access

In ReelNexa open Facebook or YouTube and click Disconnect — the stored token is deleted.
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove “ReelNexa AI”.
On Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → ReelNexa AI → Remove access.

Ask us to delete it

Email info@aisoftbd.com from your account email with the subject “ReelNexa data deletion”. We delete your data within 7 days and reply to confirm.
