Privacy Policy

ReelNexa AI (“ReelNexa”, “we”) is an AI short-video autopilot made by AI Soft BD. It writes short video scripts, creates a voice-over, music and captions, renders a vertical video with a thumbnail, and publishes it to the YouTube channel or Facebook Page that you connect. This policy explains what data we use and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• Content you create: niche/prompts, scripts, generated videos, thumbnails, brand kit and schedule settings.
• Connected accounts: when you connect YouTube (Google) or a Facebook Page, we store the OAuth access/refresh token and the channel or Page ID and name. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• API keys you add (for example Gemini, OpenRouter, Pexels) — stored encrypted and used only to make your videos.
• Technical logs such as error messages and the time a video was generated or published.

How we use Google and Facebook data

• YouTube: we request youtube.upload to upload the videos you create or schedule, and youtube.readonly to show which channel is connected. We do not read, change or delete your other videos, comments or analytics.
• Facebook: we request pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts and business_management only to list the Pages you manage and publish your ReelNexa videos (Reels) to the Page you choose.
• ReelNexa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. ReelNexa uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use Google or Facebook user data to train AI models.

Third-party processors

To create a video, the text of your script is sent to the AI provider configured for your workspace (Google Gemini, OpenRouter or DeepSeek), and search words are sent to Pexels for stock footage. These providers process the data under their own terms. Free tiers of some providers may use submitted text to improve their products.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on our server in Bangladesh (or only on your own PC when you use the PC version). Secrets and tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses HTTPS. We keep your data while your account is active. Generated videos can be deleted at any time from Reels & Shorts.

Your choices

• Disconnect YouTube or Facebook at any time on the YouTube / Facebook pages in the dashboard — the stored token is deleted. You can also revoke access at Google Account permissions or in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
• Delete your whole account and data: see Data Deletion.

Children

ReelNexa is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
